Hey there. I've been into game making since about 2008, but it wasn't until 2014 I was able to complete my first ever game! The game was started and finished in a single week for a contest. In one week I was able to do what I struggled with for 6 years. 6 WHOLE YEARS. HILARIOUS ISN'T IT.

We Did It First screenshot thread
Nice Realistic sized house Chartley, the map just needs a tad more detail. ;)
I re-made my Growth Grid! Thanks to Demondestiny. ;D
It's much more user friendly, easier on the eye (not so tacky) and now it even looks more like a grid. it's not completely finished yet and it doesn't look perfect, but i'm happy with it.

What's your opinion on "cliched" games?
I don't really mind cliched games, it depends. Its always refreshing to play/see a game idea that hasn't been done before. But almost everythings been done now. Although a huge part in the game the storyline isn't the only aspect of it, if gameplay, puzzles and or level design is great then it can out shine the clich'e.
What browser do you use?
I.E and Firefox, which ever I feel like using. (Although, I get signing in problems with I.E sometimes so I often have to switch to use Firefox) never used Opera and i've never once heard of Konqueror.

Downloading now, I don't normally bother with cancelled games and honestly I've never even heard of this before, but then, i'm a total newb to the RPGmaker community.
File Size help
I'm having a little trouble with my games file size. Its kinda...big. I've seen some completed games that have a much smaller filesizes than mine, currently its 41 MB, its a very small demo and its doesn't have all that much resources (to me), so I can't see wheres thats coming from.
Are there any tips that could help me? is there a common mistake that I could be doing wrong? I've already cut out a few resources.
...I'm also wondering what people consider as a big game file size. I've seen people refusing to download a full game at 70/60 MB. I orginally didn't think that was big.

Custom Title Difficulties
I had a quick go to see if I could. I couldn't do it in Firefox or IE (Dunno the version, I normally use Firefox) Could possibly be the site.
Planning your RPG
See, I start with the world. I come up with a backstory for it/its history and a reason why a game should take place here. Then I do what Enker does, I build the story around the central character, then it branches out to include other characters in the mix.

Things That Make Me Mad
I gotta say I agree with some things your saying, but not #14. I can see where your coming from but...just no. I usually don't have time for people like you, but here we go.
I understand that some people like yourself don't want to see gay guys full on snogging in the middle of the street, i'm not saying that I really want to see that either. But to them it does feel normal, to them its no different than a guy and a girl kissing. I have a friend whos gay, and its not easy for them, in fact its damn fucking hard, even without the comments behind their back and the dirty looks they have to get people to accept them, people they know and love and fear they could lose, they even have to accept themselves and I believe they can't help it, theres not point in living a lie and trying to be straight, because thats not who they are. Being gay is not a choice! Y'know I don't really think you can honestly sit there and tell me your 100% straight. No one is. You've never had a homosexual thought in your life? What never? I'm not ashamed to say that I have, and that doesn't make me gay. I just don't think you should be angry at gay people just because you don't understand them.
We're in the 21st century now and gay issues and rights are becoming more open and accepted, whether you like it or not, some people are gay, get over it already. I'm not trying to sway your mind here, i'm just saying "Wake up and smell the coffee!"
